About The Law Offices Of Kurt M. Schultz, PLLC
An Attorney, Not A Businessman
I am attorney Kurt M. Schultz in Plymouth, Michigan. I am a lawyer, not a businessman. My approach to the law draws on my blue collar work ethic. I am dedicated to working for my clients in every sense — beginning with direct personal service and continuing with aggressive advocacy based on hard work.
I began practicing law more than 20 years ago so I could help people deal with insurance companies that are more concerned about their bottom lines than about the well-being of the injured people. It is my mission to provide injury victims with one-on-one personal service after a car accident, truck accident or when the negligent act of another causes serious injury. I handle all types of personal injury, premises liability and wrongful death claims with the goals of protecting the rights of my clients and maximizing compensation on their behalf.
In most cases, all it takes is one meeting with me. From that point on, I will deal the legal and financial issues you are facing so you can concentrate on one thing: Getting better. You’ll leave my office knowing that an experienced lawyer will protect your interests at every stage of the legal process. However, I remain highly accessible for clients every step of the way. You will have my cellphone number if an emergency arises and you need answers to difficult questions about your case. I will let you know what to expect without speaking legalese. I worked hard to get where I am today, and my blue collar work ethic is the foundation of my law firm.
